For this Christmas and throughout 2021, DVP Vacuum Technology supports the Fondazione Policlinico Sant’Orsola Onlus, a non-profit organization allied to the Policlinico Sant’Orsola in Bologna, a well-renowned Italian hospital, to ensure that the quality of its care is always at the forefront for the good of the entire community. By means of concrete projects, financed with 100% of the donations received, the Foundation wants to improve the assistance, care and research that the hospital in Bologna guarantees to the thousands of people who need it every day.
The company and the DVP staff will participate in the project “I can feel your heart beating”, aimed at increasing the number of heart transplants carried out by the hospital. With everyone’s help, it will be possible to equip the hospital with an innovative device, available only in two other hospitals in Italy, which preserves the heart before the transplant and, if necessary, treats it.
