CPA Simplex | CPAX 25/100 FLEXDRIVE
Industrial CPA Simplex vacuum systems are high-efficiency systems equipped with a lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump with an IE3 motor and a horizontal, welded, vacuum-tight painted steel tank. Designed for centralised vacuum systems, CPA Simplex systems create and maintain the required vacuum level to ensure the proper operation of the equipment connected to the system.
The range includes different configurations, with nominal capacities from 25 to 305 m³/h, to meet different industrial vacuum requirements.
The CPA Simplex series is also available in the CPAX 25/100 configuration, equipped with FLEXDRIVE integrated control technology for automatically adjusting pump operation according to the required vacuum level.

CPAX 25/100 FLEXDRIVE is an automatic vacuum system integrating a vacuum pump, tank, inverter and vacuum sensor in a compact solution.
FLEXDRIVE allows the required vacuum level to be set and automatically adjusts pump speed to maintain it.
When faster evacuation is required, the inverter can increase pump speed up to 60 Hz, increasing the pump capacity. Once the required vacuum level is reached, the system can reduce the speed to 30 Hz and then automatically stop the pump, helping to reduce energy consumption and machine wear. The ramp-up start also reduces starting current compared with direct starting.

CPAX 25/100 is a factory-integrated product configuration. FLEXDRIVE is not an accessory that can be installed afterwards on a standard CPA Simplex.
