The VB 315 dry claw vacuum pump is the result of a thorough design study.
The operating cycle is based on the rotation of two claw-shaped rotors within a chamber. The rotational movement of the two elements occurs in opposite directions, without any contact and completely dry. The rotation of the claws creates vacuum by drawing air from the inlet port, compressing it into the chamber and discharging it to the exhaust port. Their movement is synchronized by gears, lubricated inside a gear box.
Available as VB 315 and VB 315 FLEXDRIVE versions with integrated control technology.
This model is distinguished by its advanced design features, studied to optimize the performance of industrial processes.
Main characteristics:

When the required vacuum level varies throughout the production cycle, running the pump continuously at maximum speed is not always the most efficient solution.
The VB 315 FLEXDRIVE version integrates DVP technology that automatically adjusts the pump speed according to the set vacuum level.
The system continuously measures the vacuum level in the system and adjusts the motor speed in real time, helping to maintain a stable process while reducing energy consumption.
